Unlike many other saunas, this model can be built fully from thermo wood — including the benches and roof — offering superior resistance to moisture, temperature changes, and outdoor elements. The 44mm walls provide a solid, durable structure, ensuring the sauna is well-insulated and built to last. The terrace board flooring improves air circulation and drainage, helping maintain a fresh, dry interior.

Customers can also select between electric or wood-burning heaters, with optional external wood loading from the pre-room or outside. Chimney types and accessories can also be customized for the best possible heating experience.
As every sauna is built to order, we work closely with you to create a truly personalized product tailored to your vision.
We offer free kerbside delivery to most locations across the United Kingdom. The Barrel Sauna Vivian is delivered fully assembled, with pre-installed electrical wiring for electric heater models, so it’s ready for use upon arrival.
Once delivered, the client is responsible for arranging a forklift or 4–5 people to safely position the sauna in its final location. If you require assistance or advice, our team is happy to provide guidance based on your specific setup.
